These are light weight, aluminum plate that is water jet cut and CNC machined. They are backed with black aluminum mesh grill to keep debris out. The set comes with both left and right aluminum vents and stainless steel course thread button head allen screws, to give the rivet look while using the factory mounting clips. They bolt right up, with no modifications.
